Since being diagnosed with Crohn's disease, I have been using fitness and nutrition as weapons against my condition. My health journey has taught me the importance of healthy living when it comes to quality of life. I have earned certificates from NASM in Personal Training, Nutrition and Corrective Exercise. I have experience in competition grappling and have also successfully completed obstacle course races bearing an ileostomy. I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and experience to make a positive impact. Life can be relentless, but so can you!

Performance Coach

Being a long time multi-sport athlete has made me passionate about performance training. I played football and ran track for years until grappling, obstacle course racing and climbing became my top interests. I am Alpha Warrior Certified and spent time helping military members get prepared for testing. Being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at a young age taught me the importance of being healthy. I fight hard everyday to stay active and I will help you fight hard everyday for your health.

Training is much more exciting when you have a race on the calendar. Our team has a special bond that is only created by overcoming adversity together. We hold each other accountable with one simple rule, train together and race together.
The invitation to join is open to anyone in the Columbus area ready to challenge themselves. Our individual and group programs are perfect for building the mental and physical strength you will need to crush a race.
